Christmas Lighting Ceremony 

 The holiday season officially begins at The Back Porch with our Lighting Ceremony at 5 PM! 

Sunday, December 7th

Watch as the lights twinkle to life, creating a magical glow to kick off the Christmas season.

After the lights are lit, stay and enjoy the sounds of Christmas carols, a warm and joyful tradition that brings neighbors and friends together. 

We’ll also have fresh popcorn and Christmas punch to share while you mingle and soak in the festive atmosphere. 

Suga's Lemonade truck will be out with a seasonal menu that includes hot chocolate and holiday treats. 

This special evening runs from 5:00–6:30 PM and is the perfect way to start your holiday celebrations.

 Bring your family, invite your friends, and come be part of a heartwarming tradition at The Waters.

Santa at the Square

 Bring the whole family out this holiday season for Santa at The Square! 

Join us at the Lucas Point Pavilion for this cheerful holiday tradition! 

 Monday, December 8th 

from 5:30–7:30 PM! 

Enjoy a festive evening of meeting Santa, snapping a picture with him, and sharing milk and cookies together.

Happy New Year! S'mores at the Square

Kick off the new year with something sweet! 

Join us at the Town Square fire pit for a cozy evening of laughter, community, and delicious s’mores. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors as we warm up by the fire and celebrate the start of a brand-new year together.

It’s Time for The Waters Annual Food Drive!

This year marks our 15th Annual Food Drive, and we couldn’t be more excited to give back together as a community.

We will be collecting donations February 3–17.

Drop-off locations include:

• Lucas Point Mail Center
   
• Sales & Information Center
   

Collection boxes will be available at both locations for you to place your donated food items.

Let’s come together and make this our biggest year of giving yet!

 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off 

Bring your best pot of chili to The Back Porch on Sunday, February 15, 2025, from 4:00–5:30 PM and let your neighbors be the judge! Each chili will be numbered, and attendees will vote for their favorite. The winner takes home a special prize!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

  Spring Break Fun!

Looking for something exciting to do while the kids are out of school? 

On March 17th, we’ll be hiding St. Patrick’s Day Coins throughout the neighborhood! Keep an eye out in the green spaces, pool area, and beach area.

When your kids find coins, bring them to the Sales and Information Center between 8:00am and 4:30pm to trade them in for a special St. Patrick’s Day gift.
 

Bicycle Donations Accepted Year-Round!

The Montgomery Bicycle Club collects used bicycles throughout the year to donate to families in need. 

If you have a bike to give, please drop it off at the Information Center to help bless a local family.
