We are excited to welcome Hook's Produce beginning July 8! 

Stop by and enjoy the season's freshest produce, support a local farmer, and stock up on delicious ingredients for your family's meals. 

There's nothing quite like farm-fresh produce straight from the source!

First Fridays 

Kick Off Summer with First Fridays at The Back Porch!

Join your neighbors for an evening of live music, sweet treats, and community fun at First Fridays at The Back Porch! It's the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy great entertainment, and spend time with friends and neighbors as we celebrate the summer season together.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and we encourage everyone to support our local restaurants by grabbing dinner before or after the event.

 Community Diaper Drive for Agape Foster Care & Adoption

Join The Waters in supporting local children and families by participating in our Community Diaper Drive benefiting Agape Foster Care & Adoption.

Donation Dates: August 24 – September 8

Donations may be dropped off in the designated collection boxes at either of the following locations:

• Lucas Point Mail Center
• The Information & Sales Office

Diapers of all sizes are greatly appreciated and will help provide essential care for children served by Agape Foster Care & Adoption.

Get ready for an evening of bubbly fun at The Waters Kids Foam Party!

Get your home ready for fall with Spruce Up Saturday!

The Waters has partnered with The Straw Farm to make decorating easy. Simply pre-order your straw using the QR code or by following the link HERE, and The Straw Farm will deliver your order.

  Disc Golf at Pine Park

Get outside and enjoy some friendly competition with Disc Golf at Pike Park!

Pine Park

A temporary disc golf course will be set up at Pine Park for residents to enjoy throughout the week. Whether you're new to the game or a seasoned player, this is a great opportunity to get outdoors and have fun with family, friends, and neighbors.

Stop by the Information Center to pick up a frisbee and scorecard, then head out to the course and see how you score!

   Merry & Bright Christmas Lighting Ceremony

Join us for a magical evening as we celebrate the start of the Christmas season at The Waters Merry & Bright Christmas Lighting Ceremony!

Gather with friends, family, and neighbors for an evening filled with holiday cheer, including:

Christmas carols
Free popcorn
Christmas punch for all to enjoy

The celebration will begin with a special countdown at 6:15 PM sharp as we light up the Lucas Point Mail Center and the Christmas tree at Town Center.

Bring your family and friends as we come together to celebrate the joy and magic of the holiday season at The Waters.

We can't wait to see you there for a merry and bright evening! 

Santa at the Square 

Join us on Tuesday, December 7th, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM for a special evening with Santa!

Bring your family and come capture a fun holiday photo with Santa, then pick up  cookies and milk to take home! 

Santa will arrive promptly at 5:45 PM, so make plans to arrive early and get ready for some Christmas magic!

  Bicycle Donations Accepted Year-Round!

The Montgomery Bicycle Club collects used bicycles throughout the year to donate to families in need. 

If you have a bike to give, please drop it off at the Information Center to help bless a local family.
