Join us on Sunday, September 28th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at The Town Square for an evening filled with sweet treats and community spirit.

Enjoy s’mores, taste delicious fall-themed baked goods, and help decide the winner—the neighbors will be the judges!

A prize will be awarded to the top baker.

 Join us every Sunday in October from 4:00–6:00 PM for live music at The Waters! 

Each week will feature a different local artist, giving you the chance to enjoy a variety of sounds and styles.

Bring a chair or blanket, invite your family and friends, and relax as the music fills the air. 

It’s the perfect way to wind down the weekend, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the season together.
 

  Pumpkin Patch at The Waters 

Fall is here, and we’re celebrating with a neighborhood Pumpkin Patch! 

Stop by the Information Center at

2239 Marler Road 

October 8–10, between 

8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 

to pick out your family’s pumpkin.

This event is exclusively for residents of The Waters, and each household may select one pumpkin per family.

We look forward to seeing you and sharing the joy of the season!

A portion of the proceeds will benefit our local school system.

 Disc Golf at Pine Park 

Get ready for some outdoor fun! A Disc Golf course will be set up at 

Pine Park for residents to enjoy from November 24–30.

Stop by the Information Center between Monday–Friday, 

8:00 AM – 5:00PM, 

during that week to pick up your frisbee and scorecard before hitting the course.

Bring the family, challenge your neighbors, and enjoy a week of friendly competition and fall weather at The Waters! 

Santa at the Square

 Bring the whole family out this holiday season for Santa at The Square! 

Join us at the Lucas Point Pavilion for this cheerful holiday tradition! 

 Monday, December 8th 

from 5:30–7:30 PM! 

Enjoy a festive evening of meeting Santa, snapping a picture with him, and sharing milk and cookies together.

This event is for residents of The Waters only! 

Bicycle Donations Accepted Year-Round!

The Montgomery Bicycle Club collects used bicycles throughout the year to donate to families in need. 

If you have a bike to give, please drop it off at the Information Center to help bless a local family.
