Start the year off strong with our Start Strong at The Waters Fitness Series! 

Each of the events offered are FREE to residents.

Hosting gyms may offer giveaways at their respective events. Participation in their event is required to win. Residents who participate in 3 events will receive some Start Strong Swag sponsored by

New Waters Realty.

On Sunday, January 5th

At 3:00pm at 13 Bridge Street

for an Open House with their new owners.

Join Pike Road Group Fitness

on Sunday, January 12th

at 3:00pm at The Information Center (2239 Marler Road)

for their Body Balance class.

Participants will be entered to win a

10-Class Pass.

Join Rebar Performance

on Sunday, January 19th

at 3:00pm in The Chapel 

(1 Chapel Hill Street)

for a CrossFit class.

Participants will be entered to win one free personal training session for 3 participants.

Join F45 Training

on Sunday, January 26th

at 3:00pm in The Chapel 

(1Chapel Hill Street)

for a functional training HIIT class.

Participants will be entered to win a free one-month membership.

Join the mobile YMCA  Bootcamp Truck

on Sunday, February 2nd

at 3:00pm in the Town Square

for their bootcamp class.

Participants will be entered to win a free one month membership for 3 participants.

*This event is not funded by the HOA.

Our 14th Annual Food Drive benefitting the Heart of Alabama food bank will run from February 3rd - 17th.

We will be collecting non-perishable food items and toiletry items.

Please bring items to be donated to our drop-off boxes at The Information Center and the Lucas Point Mail Center during those dates.

Grab a neighbor and join us for some delicious fun!

Our Chili Cook-Off at The Pavilion will be held on

Sunday, February 23rd from

6:00pm - 7:00pm. 

Do you have what it takes to win our Chili Cook-Off? Bring your best pot of chili and let your neighbors be the judge! All pots of chili will be given a number so that neighbors can vote for a favorite by writing the number of their favorite pot of chili on a slip of paper and submitting it to the ballet box that will be on-site.

The winner of our Chili Cook-Off will take home a Waters T-shirt and a new ladle for serving up their award winning chili the rest of the season!

 Please let us know you are bringing a pot of chili by completing our registration form here no later than Friday, February 21st.

Sampling cups, spoons and napkins will be provided. All other supplies (cooking devices, tables, coolers, tents, etc.) will be the responsibility of the participant. Please be aware that limited electricity outlets are available. Participants are responsible for setting up their serving station before the event and tearing down their serving station immediately after the event is over. Nothing may be left behind overnight!

Our S'mores at The Square will be held on

6:00pm - 7:00pm with the Chili-Cook-Off. 

S'more packets will be provided. 

Our Spring Neighborhood Yard Sale will be here before we know it! Start making plans now and cleaning out closets.

Pool season is finally here! Please enjoy the Lucas Point pool and the Blue Heron Pool Club beginning at

7:00am on April 15th.

Pools are accessed by amenity card only. Neighbors must be 14 years old to have an amenity card. If you need an amenity card, please call the Information Center at 334.277.5551 to schedule orientation or get a replacement card.

We're collecting used bikes!

The Montgomery Bicycle Club collects used bikes to repair and donate to families in need. Please bring any bikes that are no longer in use to the Information Center

for them to be passed along to a

new home.
