The Waters requires a permit for photography and/or video shoots. In order to obtain a permit, photographers must submit a completed application to The Waters Assembly, 2239 Marler Road, Pike Road, AL  36064 at least one week prior to their arrival. Permits cannot be applied for on the intended date of photography. To obtain an application, contact The Assembly Information Center at (334) 277-5551,  Email Info@TheWatersAssembly.com, or you may download the application below.  The Waters community is PRIVATE PROPERTY and access is only available through the permitting process.  To apply for a permit, please contact us during office hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
